That's why we - Andrea and Jens - created Earthheld: we want to support others to step out of survival into joy. Earthheld provides online programmes on specific topics, like letting someone go.
Earthheld's programmes go deep, beyond the mind, into the subconscious.Ā This is where limiting beliefs and old wounds can finally be healed. All of Earthheld's programmes include somatic approaches, like sound therapy and breathwork, which support rewiring the subconscious, for true and lasting change.

Why would an AI-expert and business consultant create a company for inner work?
Andrea and Jens both know what itā€™s like to walk the career path, aiming for success and external achievement.
Yet painful personal experiences led them inward. Through deep self-discovery and inner work, they each realized that their lives no longer aligned with who they truly are. That realization became a turning point, to create something that supports others in doing the same.

I used to wonder why I was so good at making computers calculate optimal decisions, but so bad at making my own. Why did I feel so empty, so unfulfilled? How would I ever get over all the trauma I experienced? Am I even able to be happy?
A few years later, I not only know the answers, I teach them, so others can also step into their power. Mostly through comedy on social media, and now through Earthheld. My mathematical brain is still switched on all the time, and helps me see inner work from a completely unusual, mathematical perspective.Ā
Jens Kemna, MSc
After many years working in the corporate world and start-ups ā€” both employed and running my own business as a creativeĀ director ā€” it was two heartbreaks that cracked me open.
The first came unexpectedly, at the end of a 14-year relationship while we were engaged. The second followed a fewĀ years later, after facing deep attachment wounds and losing myself within the relationship.
What felt like breakdowns became the catalysts for the most profound transformation of my life. I began doing deep inner work, reconnecting with myself, and slowly realizing that many parts of my life no longer fit: my work no longer excited me, my lifestyle no longer aligned with who I was becoming, and even my dreams had changed.
This path led me to become a coach, and later to specialize as a breathwork facilitator and sound therapist. I deepened my practice through studies in India and the Amazon.
Today, Iā€™ve found my purpose in guiding others back to themselves, especially those navigating heartbreak.Ā
