3. Somatic & Breathwork Risk Acknowledgement
Somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and embodiment work can involve strong emotional, psychological, and physical experiences. Possible effects may include:

- Physical sensations such as heat, shaking, or tension
- Changes in breathing
- Temporary discomfort
- Memories or emotions resurfacing
Certain practices may not be suitable for individuals with, including but not limited to:
- Cardiovascular issues
- High or low blood pressure
- Respiratory conditions
- Epilepsy or seizures
- Pregnancy
- Trauma history with dissociation
- Recent surgery or illness
- Active psychological instability

- Earthheld B.V. is not liable for any damages, injuries, emotional reactions, psychological distress, or other consequences resulting from your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, you release Earthheld B.V., its owners, employees, contractors, and collaborators from any and all liability arising from your engagement with our content or services.
6. Not for Crisis or Emergency Situations
Earthheld B.V. does not provide crisis support. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact your local emergency number or a qualified mental health professional immediately.
7. No Professional Relationship
Participation in courses or sessions does not create a medical, therapeutic, or counseling relationship between you and the Company or its facilitators.
8. Personal Responsibility & Self-Regulation
You are responsible for maintaining your own boundaries and regulating your own pace during practices. If you feel uncomfortable, distressed, or overwhelmed, you agree to stop the exercise immediately and seek appropriate support.
